उत्तर प्रदेश में 75 जनपद लेकिन एकमात्र रायबरेली ऐसा जनपद है जहां NPS अंशदान वेतन आने के 8 से 10 दिन में क्रेडिट हो जाता है।अभी जनवरी 24 तक का अंशदान वहां क्रेडिट हो चुका है।
NPS में जो थोड़ा बहुत फायदा हो सकता था वह विभाग की लेट लतीफी से नही हो पा रहा है।
जब रायबरेली में हो सकता है तो प्रदेश के अन्य जनपदों में क्यों नहीं????🤔🤔🤔
अन्य विभागों में भी उसी माह NPS अंशदान क्रेडिट हो जाता है लेकिन बेसिक में 3 से 6 माह पीछे चलता है।
सभी संगठनों से आग्रह है कि जब तक OPS बहाल नही हो रही है ,कम से कम NPS अंशदान क्रेडिट होने में तो कोई हीला-हवाली न हो…..🙏🙏🙏
इसके लिए कोई ठोस कदम उठाए जाने की आवश्यकता है…

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the deduction which was required to be made in pursuance to the New Pension Scheme are not being made on regular interval, which is resulting into financial loss to the petitioners.
Considering the fact that the decision with regard to the monthly deduction is to be taken by respondent no.2, I dispose off the present petition permitting the petitioners to move an application individually before respondent no.2 who shall ensure that the deductions are made strictly in accordance with the guidelines as provided in the scheme.
This order has been passed in the presence of Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3.
